Ridley Park, Pennsylvania

I have been back from the class for a few days now and am finally recovered. It does not seem like it was just a week ago that I was standing - or sitting - in front of a group of 17 women all eager to learn something new about Embird Editor. I hope that I was able to give them some of what they hoped to learn. I had a great time. Gigi of Charming Station Embroidery, volunteered to put everything together for me this time. She was an excellent hostess. The class was held in the meeting room at the SpringHill Suites in Ridley Park. The staff there was great and I loved my room. Friday night dinner was at the Springfield Diner which was an excellent choice. Topics for classes included Separation Anxiety, Density and Pull Compensation, Points Editing Mode, Lettering, Design Splitting (which I hate but they wanted it)  and an introduction to Studio. (Great picture of Gigi - not so great of me ...)

Thanks for a great 2-day workshop. I learned a lot and will put what I learned to good use. I use Embird quite a bit and find there is always something new to learn, whether it's a feature I've never used, or an easier way to do something.

I learned a lot in those 2 days, even more than I had hoped for. The class was a mix of women who have been using Embird for a long time, a short time, and a few "newbies". You managed to teach all of us without losing anyone in the process. Thank you (and Gigi) for a great couple of days.

If you own Embird this is a class to take! I have used it for more than 5 years and knew there was so much more to learn about it. I got what I wanted from Peggy's class & more. She is an excellent teacher & no question is "stupid". She stopped when someone wasn't getting it to show them how & then moved on. 17 women took the class & I think we all loved it & look forward to taking another one in the Philly area! Thank you Peggy & Gigi too!

What a great 2-day class with Peggy. I am a "newbie" to Embird and was a little intimidated by it, to tell you the truth. But Peggy made everything seem easier to handle. She is a great, great teacher. She explains things so very clearly and her teaching is very systematic. There was no jumping around topics. We started one thing and she explained everything from A to Z (and making sure everyone had a clear understanding) before moving onto the next topic. I am going to have fun with this program, for sure and I thank Peggy for the confidence and knowledge she imparted.

It was so nice to meet the women who took this class. Each and every one was very lovely.

And my special thanks to GiGi for organizing everything. The hotel she chose was top notch. And there were enough snacks provided to get us through the afternoon lulls. GiGi, you did a marvelous job. Thank you.

I cannot wait to attend another class with Peggy. Hopefully, there will be one scheduled in my area (within driving distance) and as soon as I find out about it --- I'm signing up QUICK.

Thanks again, Peggy and GiGi for making this seminar one of the best I have attended in quite a while.

The two-day seminar was well worth the price. I would recommend taking the opportunity to attend any of Peggy's seminars if one is held within driving distance of your home. In two days, I learned so much that I hadn't understood or even known was available in the software package after owning and using it for several years.

One thing that Peggy provided and no one mentioned so far is the USB stick Peggy provided to us. All of the notes from the seminar, as well as all of the working files we used were included on this drive. That is so far over and above anything that was expected for this seminar! She even gave us a clear 12-inch ruler with mm. Most of us have never used metric measurements, which Peggy strongly suggested that we use in the future. The ruler is a treasure for visualizing the two forms of measurements.

Thank you Peggy and Gigi for a wonderful learinging experience!
